Brandon Willden

My first priority is to honor my faith, love and serve my wife, and raise and mentor my children. I am driven by excellence and a passion to pursue my dreams and change the world around me for the better. We were all created in the image of our maker who is the greatest of all. If His goal was to make us after His own image to look and be like Him, then it is evident to me that His intent for our creation was for us also to pursue greatness. He has given each of us talents and attributes to contribute to this world of ours with the intent that we might make it better. Our life is our contract of responsibility to do all we can to pursue this goal and this is what drives me.

I love working with my hands and creating new things, but for me it is the people I get to serve and lift that bring me fulfillment. I am a craftsman at heart and love to do the best I can, more than just a professional job, but a work of art. I take pride in my finished product and so the care I offer to each person I serve is a matter of personal conviction.

To me people are not a resource to be taken advantage of, they are a priority to be added value to. It is my personal opinion that we need a drastic shift in how we do business nationwide. Rather than insisting our employees and customers are our greatest resource which you often here advertised on radio commercials, I believe the change should move to choosing to prioritize our employees and customers. We should become businesses trying to be the best FOR our communities, not the best IN our communities. This is why it is my desire to grow as much as I can to contribute to this change.
